Lighting Course Lecturer PSDI
Artificial lighting is a very important aspect in the interior design, planning and the selection of lighting devices will determine the final outcome of interior design. Many things can we achieve by organizing and placing the right pencahaayan on an interior or exterior space. Currently technology related to lighting berkembangan fast enough, so in order to respond to these conditions of Interior Design Study Program through grants DUE-Like entered the course lighting for Interior Design faculty ISI Yogyakarta.
The existence of this course is expected that the PSDI faculty can obtain the latest information related to pencahayaaan techniques in terms of both theory and the tools / hardware that is currently circulating in the market, so that later can enrich classroom teaching materials. This short course has been conducted over three days as of December 15, February 22 and March 3, 2007 with a guided Ir. Adi Jatmika Suryabrata, M.Sc., P.hD as practitioners in the field of planning and design of special lighting and a lecturer at the Faculty. Architectural Engineering UGM.
In accordance with what the tutors, course materials lighting are divided into three main areas, namely:
1. Physics of Light. This section describes the meaning of the general light source with the distribution and properties of light itself as well as examples of the achievements of artificial light treatment which ultimately can affect the environment around us.
2. Visual Systems and Lighting Quality. The second material menerangan about the human eye processes visual system in response to illumination of a given object lighting. Not all light can we capture the perfect, each light has different characteristics that influence the quality and the effects of light. Also described how the quality of the lighting needs of human-influenced factors, environmental factors and economic calculations and factors which objects (architecture / interior) is given lighting.
3. Light Sources and Control Gear. Last materials are described in more detail about the hardware of lighting sources (lamps) in the market, both technically and apply directly on the building and interior architecture. In this session, participants were also given the opportunity to practice the use of GE Lighting Dialux Freeware to calculate / calculate lighting needs of a room quickly and precisely and see the immediate effects produced in the perspective view 3D rendering.
See explanation of Ir. Jatmika, many advantages which can be obtained from the use of artificial lighting has been well planned. To achieve this goal there is a very important keyword which is the conclusion of the course the lighting of the â € œPengetahuan us about the lighting is not enough just theory but also technically and technology of lighting hardware. Without the knowledge provided by these, we can not achieve a perfect design and the desire kitaâ €.
